Working with Trendway is simple, transparent and fast. We charge a 12% commission fee on sales and brands get paid every two weeks.
- Are there any upfront fees when joining Trendway?
There is no connection or set up fee. Our dedicated Brand Managers work closely with brands to ensure that onboarding is as easy and straight forward as possible.
- Does Trendway offer any other services?
We are always working on new features for both shoppers and brands on Trendway. There are amazing features coming soon and are alway open to learning about how we can improve the experience for everyone on the platform.
- How does Trendway handle shipping, returns and customer service?
